We comprise 16 distribution cooperatives and a generation & transmission cooperative. We serve nearly 1.5 million people in 89 Kentucky counties. We live here, so we understand the importance of improving lives and bringing vital services to rural areas. That mission began decades ago when we brought electricity to homes and businesses for the very first time. Today, it continues as cooperatives partner with local communities to find ways to create jobs and investment, improve infrastructure, offer vital services and continue to improve lives.
